His personal best of 2:47 is a testament to the power of informed nutritional planning and community support.

He values the community's ability to crowdsource solutions to real-world performance challenges.

"In rugby, you're only as strong as your weakest link. This community reminds me that nutrition knowledge is the same—we all benefit when we share what works."

Community Guidelines

To keep our community a safe, respectful, and knowledge-rich space, we ask all members to follow these principles:

Respect & Civility

Treat all members with respect, regardless of their experience level, background, or viewpoint. Disagreements are welcome—personal attacks are not. Keep discussions focused on ideas, not individuals.

Evidence-Based Content

When sharing nutrition advice or performance tips, aim to back up claims with credible sources or personal experience. It's okay to say "I don't know"—honesty strengthens our collective learning.

No Spam or Self-Promotion

Avoid flooding the community with repeated posts or aggressive promotion of unaffiliated products or services. Your genuine contributions matter far more than marketing messages.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Never share another member's personal information without permission. What's said in the community stays in the community. Respect everyone's privacy as you'd want yours respected.

Inclusive Language

Use language that welcomes all genders, ethnicities, abilities, and backgrounds. Sports nutrition and athletic performance benefit from diverse perspectives—help us maintain that openness.

Constructive Feedback

When offering critique or correction, frame it kindly and aim to help, not to shame. We're all learning. Questions like "Have you considered...?" work better than "That's wrong."

Medical Disclaimers

Remember that community members are not medical doctors. For serious health concerns or pre-existing conditions, consult qualified healthcare professionals. We share knowledge, not medical advice.

Reporting Issues

See something that violates these guidelines? Use the report function or contact our moderation team. We take concerns seriously and respond promptly to maintain community safety.

Enforcement: Members who repeatedly violate these guidelines may lose posting privileges or be removed from the community. Our goal is never punishment—it's protecting the space where genuine learning happens. First violations typically result in a private conversation to clarify expectations.
